1. The White House could have done a drug-analysis situation....mandating the 500-odd people who have had access in the week prior to the area. Course, Joe's family would have been exempt from this...as would have Harris.
2. No one has said anything about the purity....which is odd. You would think that the Secret Service would have said if it was 'good' cocaine, or had additives in it.
3. Know how DC is so commercialized....there in the White House gift shop are little baggies probably sold now, with some fake powder, and sold for $11. Likely labeled? Hunter's Grade IV 'powder'.
4. I would imagine that Hunter freaked out once he realized he'd lost the baggy, and had to call DC dealers to have some fresh 'new' cocaine delivered to the back-door of the White House within sixty minutes.

If dope-fiends easily smuggle dope into high-security installations, perhaps this would indicate an utter failure of the stated intentions of those 'laws'... and the failure of those 'law' enforcers.
However, if the goals of the 'laws' are different from their quite serious declarations about their intentions, an astute observer might conclude those people selling their 'laws' are somewhat duplicatous... on the level of your standard-issue purveyor of magical snake-oil.
