It came out that Trump says.....upon 'winning' (I'd assume a day or two after election-day)....he's calling up various parties in the Ukraine war, and pushing for a 'deal' to end the war.
So....what is the threat?
I think he'll tell Putin....I'm going to China, India and various parties (even North Korea) and making things miserable for them....if they support you. I'd say from now until late January....you have an opportunity to ponder over my threat.
Angering Joe Biden's crew? Absolutely.
But contained in this talk....Trump will also say that the US is conceding that the NATO expansion in the past 30 years....might not have been 'smart'. So Trump will offer a 90-percent 'exit' of US forces stationed in Europe (returning them to the US)....within 18 months of Russia exiting Ukraine.
I think some EUCOM headquarters will remain (greatly downsized). I think the naval port in Italy will remain. And I suspect one Air Force wing will remain....although it'll end up in Poland (not Germany).
This offer will be the icing on the cake. The 'deal' will be done.
