There's a ton of things coming to the American landscape in 2025 (after this election is settled)....but one of ten things that 'matters'.....is a US team arriving and working up a deal to bring Cuba back into the world of recovery.
I anticipate that in the first week.....Senator Marco Rubio will be flown down on a US mission.
Forty-eight hours later, he'll fly into DC, with a draft text of what the US will do. Primary solution? Fix the electrical power grid on Cuba....bring in several mini-nuke power stations. Arrange for a National Guard engineering team to be the principal authority. Arrange for a free and open vote on the island within 2025. Finally, Rubio will be given a 'title' equivalent to a cabinet officer while staying a Senator, and be the primary person arranging for Cuba to resolve all differences.
