In the twelve months that she had a primary organization in existence (Jan 2019 to Dec 2019)....she never showed any dynamics or positive numbers to go forward into the 2020's Democratic Primary effort. Zero.
Andrew Yang rated better than Harris in the primary effort.
So I would predict while Harris will emerge in roughly 12 to 24 months as President...this will be a caretaker period, instead of her showing off positive numbers. I'll also predict that a minimum a dozen Democrats run in the 2024 Democratic Primary, and possibly two of them getting better numbers than her for the 2024 convention.
This problem of the 2024 primary demonstrating the weak character? It's probably a major sign of people realizing the limits and the marginal likeability of Harris. She's just there as a fill-in character to get the nation to November of 2024....that's it.
