Money Dysmorphia?

I had to look the phrase up.

Its when you have a fake or distorted view of your personal finances.

You could be making $6,000 a month on take-home pay, and be under some mindset that it won't work....that you are broke.

Sitting and thinking about this feeling.....when I was a E-1 in the Air Force...bringing in $300 a month.....I just never felt this way.

The ideal that you make 6-figures income, and you marginally make it...yearly?  Yep....same deal.

Some folks have been polling the public for several years and report this as a major problem now...folks claiming $150,000 is just 'poor'.

How would you recover from this 'illness'?  I'm not sure.  Maybe you could get folks onto some 3-month recovery situation...surviving off $100 a week, and realizing that even $3,000 a month is not 'poor'.
