Observations

 1.  Future for Bud Light?  Look, it was not a highly desirable beer....I can think of fifty beers with a better taste.  It was simply the beer you were stuck with....at sports arenas or ball fields.

I think Bud Light will weather the storm, and in 12 months....be removed from the market....with a new beer appearing out of thin air....oddly having the same taste (crappy) and marketed mostly for guys.  A new VP for advertising will arrive, and the whole thing will be forgotten by summer of 2024.

2.  Do people need to filter 'reality'?

Twenty years ago, I would have said 'NO'.  Today, I think about a quarter of the population needs filtered news....filtered music....filtered politics....filtered discussions.  These are people who can't survive in a real world.

3.  Will Joe Biden run?

I'm firmly convinced....by November....he'll say 'no'.  It's basically Governor Newsom at this point as the lead, and probably only real candidate for the Democratic Party.

4.  NPR leaving Twitter?

What NPR said yesterday was that all this hype of them being gov't-funded (which they are)....is very bad and they've decided enough is enough....they won't publish on Twitter (while still active on Facebook and Instagram).  If you asked me....that probably takes out 40-percent of their readers....just a honest humble guess.

A big deal?  Most all news organizations in America will not get the little note on their site (via Twitter) that says gov't funded.  If NPR hates that....just quit the marginal amount of money from the gov't and be 'clean'.  They often lay claim that it's very little....so it shouldn't matter.

5.  I read this yesterday....up in the twin-cities area of Minnesota.....21-million square feet of office space sits.....empty.  Appears to be massive problem in filling the buildings.
