I would speculate at this point....FEMA has made the case where in 2025....they probably will cease to exist. What replaces them?
I would suggest something that says natural-disasters ONLY.....headquartered in the center of the US, and likely to have some type of reserve-feature (like the National Guard), which can be activated.
Leadership of FEMA to be discharged/let-go? Yeah....I would imagine the bulk of their current leadership are toxic in nature and unable to function.
Kinda funny.....how they became their own worst enemy.

God I hope so. And there are a few other agency that should disappear as well and now one would miss them.
The Managers and Administrators of Federal Emergencies?
We gave them one job, and what do they do?
Well, naturally, they do something else entirely.
