1. Suits. I've tried on two occasions to catch onto the series. The storyline and text....crap.
2. Stranger Things. I've watched all of the episodes. I'll just say there was some 'flame' or interest there in season one....but from that point on....it's a teenage series with some soap opera crap and light science fiction.
3. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Presently, I've watched around ten episodes, and will just say that character-wise....it's just awful weak, for people who seemed hyped-up over the series.
4. Dukes of Hazard. In my military barracks years....the TV room crowd would demand that the channel be set to this...if it was on. At some point, we had a drinking game set-up....when character X said 'this' or 'that'. I had the impression that a 12-year old kid wrote the weekly script.
5. Moonlighting. It was hyped because of the two key actors....beyond that....there just wasn't a real script.
6. 3rd Rock From The Sun. I think I've watched around forty episodes of the series. The talent was always there, but half the scripts just never delivered.
7. Walker, Texas Ranger. Basically, there was 3 minutes of kick-ass routine....mingled around with a introduction of some bad guy, and forty minutes of BS soap opera cop-routine.

Suits:
I like the way they re-introduce each character in each scene.
* "Gina, what are you doing here!"
* "Rick, I know what you are going to say!"
* "Gab, I know you think you know what I was going to say, but I wasn't going to say that, I was going to say this!"
