I sat and watched a podcast this AM....an American gal....proclaiming she was able to get into some med-school program....with a 2.7 GPA and 498 MCAT.
Presently....the general standard to get into the better med-school programs....is a GPA of 3.9 and average MCAT score is 518 (out of 528).
In essence....she got into medical school because of DEI and Affirmative Action
What you have to worry about....one day....as clinics, rural med-operations and inner-city hospital 'bosses' look for cheaper doctors....they will start to primarily hire these DEI folks in abundance.
As you get treated in various ways....you start to question and use AI to double-check on what the doctor said. Then....after five or six goof-ups....you (as a customer/consumer)....will begin to refuse the services of this clinic/hospital.
A decade or two in the future....we will have 20,000 doctors in the US....who no one really wants to trust or use.

Sacramento California.
In the space of two hours:
1) A brown ('black') MD hired a brown ('curry Indian') Physician Assistant.
The PA prescribed a med although my chart clearly says I am allergic to that family of meds.
.
2) At my usual pharmacy, the brown ('curry Indian') pharmacist filled the script... although my allergies are clearly stated on the pharmacy computer.
I took one pill at the water fountain next to the pharmacy counter.
Before I could walk out of the store, my face swelled and my throat closed.
.
3) At the Emergency Department, a homosexual female juice Respiratory Therapist nearly finished the task with incorrect application of the White ER physician's instructions for meds and equipment.
.
I do not hate the juice nor the brown nor the homosexual 'community', but I certainly feel justified in distrusting each and every one of them.
