NY made up this stupid rule about bars being open in the Corona period, and one of the rules is that you have to serve 'food'. Lets be honest....most 'pure' bars serve peanuts and if you live in the south....they might serve a sausage biscuit.
So this NY bar said fine....you could still order a beer, and have a couple of grapes, or nine fries....as part of the 'dinner'.
Personally, I'd order the croutons....they go better with beer.
