Could Have Been This Way

Ten Things That You Don't Have a Right About

 1.  You don't have a federal right to a car license.  If you dig through things, you merely hold a state right to the license, and various consequences laid out for losing the license.

2.  You don't have a right to college education.

3.  You don't have a right to a passport.

4.  You don't have a right to high-speed internet.

5.  You don't have a right to first-class legal/lawyer help.

6.  You don't have a right to emails or free email service.

7.  You don't have a right to competent high school teachers.

8.  You don't have a right to alcohol.

9.  You don't have a right to cannabis, meth or cocaine.

10.  You don't have a right to fact-checkers, or to be free of propaganda.

Yeah, About All This Supreme Court Chatter

First, all they said was.....you never had a written piece in the Constitution to refer all fifty states.....so various states wrote their own 'code', and this whole mess is now a clean-up situation.  Yes, if the draft is correct....it just says the states and Congress need to sit down....to do professional legal writing.

The chief problem....you have to go back to the Constitution-change business, and these dimwits can't sit and accomplish something like this.

Most countries have a review and update ability with their Constitution (even 3rd-world countries).  For the US?  It's like going to a dentist for a root-canal situation, without any pain-killer.

So the entire campaign for 2022 mid-terms.....is about the topic of abortion.  One single topic for a mid-term?  There's never been something like this, and via social media....this will be all charged up.

Here's the big problem.  We emerge in January 2023, with the Republicans likely controlling the House, and the top subject will be pushing Biden out.  This is something that will come up later.
