This week, I wasted about 20 minutes watching this Tucker Carlson interview with the historian Darryl Cooper....who gave a talk on 'evil' Winston Churchill and presented some alternate excuses for Hitler and Nazi Germany.
At some point, I just started laughing.....it was a case of crappy history.
I see this occasionally....where someone tries to view the Nazi era and the Holocaust...by only talking from the 1920s on....skipping roughly 2,000 years of European and Roman history.
It is one of the few times with the Carlson podcasts....that he got some crappy historian on, and gave them a chance to present bogus history.
Once the tribes were unable to resist the Romans....this opened the path to authority of Rome over the region, started commerce, set up taxation, and the disgruntled Germanic tribes were to be affected in various ways....which Jewish traders were a integral part of.
As for the interview having any value? No....it's one of the rare times that I'd tell you to avoid something.
