I sat and read a piece today.....coming from a Clever Real Estate survey report.
They say (you have to wonder how truthful it is)....their polling numbers say around 39% of Americans have skipped dinner or meals....to over their home payment.
Yeah, basically one out of three folks....don't have the cash to pay for dinner.
My wife is a 5-star penny pincher (it hurts to admit that). If you said we have x-amount of cash for the month....she'd design some menu to cover the month....find the right items on sale, and could survive off $100 a month (each).
It means we'd be make a fair amount of rice, soup, and eating chicken a good bit.
What I see out of this trend business....a lot of these people have zero talent at buying groceries....designing a menu plan for a month, or avoiding eating out.
You could see this already in the 1990s. A whole class of people who grew up....left home, and just accidentally walk around with no clear path or plan.
