Q-and-A

 1.  Indictments on Trump....is it a winnable case?

First, it's based off a state law (NY) that is designed for misdemeanors, and the city prosecutor is using this as an election case felony.  The state law says you need to prosecute this by x-day or the statute of limits falls into play....so they've already cross this line.   Trump's lawyer will utter misdemeanor dozens of times in his opening remark.  I would imagine the prosecutor will attempt to stop him.....what the judge says...might matter.

Second, the case revolves you believing (as the jury) a porn actress from Louisiana, a convicted lawyer for porn actress who is in prison for untrustworthily behavior, and a second lawyer who was a Trump employee....considered to be questionable (already convicted).  If at any point, you start laughing over their story....this case becomes more of a comedy than a criminal case.

Finally, you gaze at the landscape and realize that there's a tremendous amount of fear that Trump can actually win the election.  Normally, you'd have people out for the Democratic Party and 'sparking' the public for policy/change, and getting the landscape ready for the primary next year.  You don't see that. All of the effort is simply to remove Trump from the competition now.....if they reach the primary, they seem to have nothing to hype people up for election.  Just odd.....to view this.

2.  This arrest of the Wall Street Journal reporter in Russia?

Basically, the guy went out to a military factory 'town' and it just seems like they knew he was going there....apprehending for an alleged 'crime'.

Show case coming up?  I'd say so, and he might be doing a few years in prison...under what was the old Soviet-style of control.

3.  Odd 2022 factor of the NY City prosecutor and his history?

52-percent of cases that he started out as a felony (for 2022)....ended up as a misdemeanor.  Someone went to view the history, and it's apparent that he picks cases to make an example of....then has to evolve into a unwinnable conviction.   It's not great numbers.

4.  Fetterman released?

Yesterday, after 6 weeks of treatment....hospital let him go.  From the picture, I'd say he's lost 20 pounds and seems to be in some better condition.

There is a 50-second clip for a Sunday CBS program where Fetterman is speaking.  I'd say that his speech is very clear.  Just appears for bulk of election period....he was medicated-up on 'something'.

5.  Odds of Hunter Biden now being dragged in for House investigation?

I'd give it a 90-percent chance.
