My Thoughts On Canada

 First, if you asked most folks (Americans)....not from the northern tier region....they would admit they've never met a Canadian.

Second, I would take a wild guess.....more than 75-percent of Americans have never  crossed the border into Canada.

Third, if you asked a thousand Americans to name a product they buy/use from Canada.....other than Molsen Beer, or Crown Royal Whiskey.....they can't name anything.

Fourth, if you asked Americans to name a province (a state) in Canada....more than seventy percent would be unable to list one.

Fifth, if you asked Americans to name a Canadian sports team....the number one listed....would be the Expos....who haven't existed since the 1980s.

New Country Chatter

 In the past couple of days....the three most western provinces/states of Canada (Alberta, Manitoba and British Columbia)....started a chat over the idea of dissolving the relationship with Canada, and becoming their own state.

Blame?  Well....the election from the past week had odd results....majority of  voters in the three provinces....didn't vote for liberals.

In theory, the law allows for this....but it's not a simple process.

What happens if Canada breaks 'apart'?

This new western 'country' probably gets favored trading partner status with the US, South Korea, and Japan.

The remaining Canada?  I'd say they are in a difficult situation (economically), and will obviously become part of the EU....thinking they can fix things.

Four Things

 1.  My gut feeling....this fall...CBS's Sixty Minutes 'ends'. 

2.  My gut feeling on Letitia James and her real estate woes?  By the end of June....the Governor calls up James and says 'resign'. James  resigns, and ends up paying back taxes/fines....adding up to around $1-million by the end.

3. 'Sensationalist' is a new job title.....you get news....re-work it....pump it up....and get more readers/viewers.   

4.  AI replacing teachers?  This has been on my mind, and I suspect by 2035....at least 100,000 kids in America are taught by AI.  I'm not saying it's a good thing or bad thing....just that your kid will be taught by a system.

Seven Things Likely To Lead Me To Vote Against You Or Your Party

 1.  NPR saying glorious things about you for eight minutes straight.

2.  Your program having some kind of pronoun stuff listed.

3. You being pro-gang.

4.  You are asked a simple 5th-grader question, and it takes you seven minutes to give an answer....with nothing making sense.

5. Misusing public funds for personal use.

6.  Nepotism/Cronyism in your background.

7.  Signs of getting bribes.

Trying To Make Sense

 I looked over a YouGov piece....they had polled Americans on favorable views....an odd topic.  This was done back in Feb of 2025.  

So first up....are you favorable, neutral or negative....about castles?  75-percent said favorable....while 17-percent were negative. Yeah, there were 7-percent negative.  

I pondered over this....thinking...if you asked  most  Americans....have you ever been to an actual castle...98-percent would probably say no.  If you were in the Army or Air Force....the odds are that you've been to one or two. Me?  I've been to  probably twenty over my entire life. I'm not really positive or negative over castles....if asked, I'd probably prefer not living in a castle.

But the poll didn't stop there.....there were a number of odd questions.  Like the Crusades got mentioned...with 41-percent of people negative about them, 27-percent neutral, and 32-percent positive.  If you asked most Americans to explain the Crusades....fewer than 10-percent could give you three lines of text on details.

The plague got a polling....with 74-percent negative, 17-percent neutral, and 9-percent positive.  How those  9-percent could see anything positive about the 'Black Plague'....amazes me.  

So here's the thing....out of the dozen-odd topics....the vast majority of Americans have little in the way of knowledge....to relate a feel....either positive or negative...on such topics.

They might  have watched the History Channel, and have some TV show to base a topic on....but otherwise...know almost nothing over the topic.

The Next Chaos

I paused over this yesterday, and it's been on my mind.

If you use BLS numbers....around 60-to-64 percent of jobs in America require NO degree or college time (2020 data).

I would imagine if you asked questions....from  the remaining 35-percent....at least a third of those jobs could be done by a person with a year (or two) of community college.

This student debt crisis to turn into a big deal?  I'm guessing by late summer....this will be a top-three problem.

Numbers?  Presently, around 42-million Americans have some type of student debt. It's roughly 16-percent of 'adults'  in the nation.  Amount?  $1.6-trillion (more or less).

I spent an hour yesterday watching videos where the 'stupid-students' vowed not to re-pay the loan.  One sat admitted....they had a worthless degree and were barely making it with $40,000 on income.

My general prediction?  This group of angry graduates who are super-under-employed....standing there with worthless degree and refusing to pay....will spoil the whole government loan  'Frankenstein'.  So by spring of 2026....it'll be noted that gov't loans will come to an end.

What follows then?  Massive chaos with the colleges, and meetings over how to cut payroll and costs. I'll  suggest that almost 30-percent of all professors will be let go.  What they do next in life?  Unknown.

The curious thing will be the 'rage' of 16/17 year old high school students...realizing their dream of x-college....is now doomed.

Two Stories

 1.  The Pentagon has a briefing room for journalists to 'hang-out'.  So there's a cubby-hole room next to it....which a discussion has started up....where the SECDEF wants the room renovated as make-up room for his 'talker' who gives a daily update to reporters.

Cost factor?  $40,000 (thats what they figure).

Having worked in the building and done renovation projects in the Pentagon....I'll tell you what $40k basically pays for: new carpet, paint-job, a mirror, a nice premium light, and a chair.  

Yes, that's what $40,000 gives you in the building, for an area of 60 square feet.

2.  The British are pretty close to a gov't agreement to spray 'crap' in the air....to stall or prevent 'global-warming'.

This has gotten a lot of people disturbed....saying it ain't right, and you might really screw up things.

My humble view?  They will spray X-amount and  see no change.  So they will spray MORE. A  month into the 2nd spraying....folks across northern Europe notice snowfall (in  August), and by October....have three feet of snow.

Chaos will occur, and things  get pretty dramatic.   

Prepare for the worse.   

If You Took $80k In College Loan Money And Got Under-Employed?

 Here's the deal.....if you stupid at 18, and selected some school giving a 4-year degree in worthless BS....then graduated to get a $45,000 salary, and ten years later....you've only bumped up to $55,000...you are SCREWED for the remainder of your life.

I've seen differing statistics on this....but generally...at least one-out-of-three college graduates are wrapping up a degree, and generally considered 'under-employed'....meaning you have a job that could  be done by a high-school graduate, or a 1-year to 2-year community college 'player'.

In this scenario....if you were hoping to move up to that $75,000 job in five years....it probably will not happen.

So you have a college loan debt problem....maybe in the range of $40k to maybe up to $80k (especially if this were a out-of-state scenario).

If you talked your dad into paying most of the $75,000 and are under-employed?  Well....its best you not tell dad how you wasted four years or the $75,000.

I watch this new TV series....'Georgie and Mandy's First Marriage', and in the main theme of the show....Mandy spent four years getting a communications degree....only to be mostly a waitress, and part-time weather-girl for the local TV channel.  The degree?  After a while, you come to realize....dad wasted his money sponsoring her, and she's got  no real path in life.

So, I have this gut-feeling....that around five-million Americans hold a worthless degree, and probably are under-employed....meaning they are on the low-end of salary....for the first twenty-odd years after graduation from college.

The attitude that they want the loan forgiven?  Then leave it to the non-college folks to pay for the loan?  It won't work.  

The gov't loan program likely ending?  I would suggest....by the end of 2026.....there's a massive drop in college enrollments....with the gov't getting out of the business.  

Three Things

 1. I watched a video from the weekend.....news-guy asking  a  dozen black  folks from Maryland.....how they felt about the Maryland-man-from-MS 13.

Well....this got interesting. None of them could understand why their Senator had flown to El Salvador. None seemed to care about helping MS 13 gang members.  None believed that the guy was innocent....several citing the violence done by the guy to his wife.

As the three-minute interview ended....I sensed....the longer that the Democrats hype on the guy....the more it hurts with black voters.

2. Just odd....I watched five or six segments with journalists asking Democratic 'players' over the weekend....about Joe Biden's decline.  Yeah, like they woke up and realized now....Joe was seriously affected.

The  'players' trying to answer the question?  Well....they looked 'shocked'. 

3.  Colin Kaepernick’s wife.....said in a statement....the quarterback is still training daily.  He hopes that some NFL team will call.  It's been eight years since  he last played. Age 38. 

The Thing About Crazies

I asked Grok (the AI with Twitter).....how many Americans are mentally ill.

So the number, Grok cited?  From 2023 data....about 58.7 million American adults (not teens or juveniles)....figure around 23-percent of the population have some form  of mental illness, ranging in disorders from mild to severe.

On serious issues....2021 data says about 14-million are affected (from 5 to 6 percent).

When I'm watching the news.....traveling.....I tend to think about this (call it worry).  Even watching CNN....over a 10-minute period....there will be at least one person I'm viewing, and I have a pretty sure feeling....the guy/gal....ain't 'right' (meaning a mental disorder).

So this brings me to a theory....that mental disorders are increasing over what existed in the 1970s.  Why?  I have no idea.  Maybe it's drug-use.  Maybe it's society training people to be 'crazy'. Maybe we are just evolving into this mess.

My advice if you have to be in contact with such people?   Mostly....try to humor them and stay away from in-depth conversation. If they have launched on some tirade....ease out of the room, or ask about the recent weather.  Once you've left the area....simply mark it on your book....not to visit them again.

Stephen A Smith As A Democratic Candidate In 2028?

As a introduction....Stephen A Smith is a ESPN 'talker' for sports.  Lately, he's been in conversations over political positions.

I would  describe his position....working-class guy....NOT a intellectual...probably taking only half of Biden's/Harris's positions of 2024.  Yeah, he has bluntly said....there are a lot of dumbass positions by the Democratic Party, and said that woke-stuff....is harming the nation.

The fact that half the voters are fairly attached to the far-left BS?  Well....he'd have to have a VP candidate who was far-left, and a '6' on the crazy-crazy index.....to get nomination and run a serious campaign. On this....he's not likely to pick Weltz as a VP person....but he could pick Mayor-Pete (for gay votes).

The fact that he has never run a campaign?  Yeah, that's a 4-star problem.

The fact that he's never held office before?  Yeah, that's a 4-star problem.

The fact that AOC is likely a primary competitor?  Yeah, that's a 4-star problem.

But here's the simple fact....they need some moderate to convince the public....they've changed values/directions.  He's the guy.

 

Five Questions

 1.  Was Covid a 'test'?

I know that probably a quarter of society believes in this fantasy, but there's pretty much zero evidence to support the idea.

I do agree....the vax-business was designed to get vaccinated people to a certain 'status' of health....oddly with kids dragged into this frame of requiring a vaccination.  That part of the story is pretty suspect.

2.   How many Americans have Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS)?

Well....officially, NO ONE has done a study on this, or devised a index to identify your level (say 1-to-10).

I think that some PhD folks are fearful....if you open up such a study and admit that 12-million Americans suffer from extreme TDS....what would you do to treat them? Mental help?  How?

Then the question comes  up....are they starting to have associated mental and physical problems, and lessening their lives by a decade?

3.  Do both Tren de Aragua (the Venezuelan gang) and MS-13 have lobbyists and campaign donation situations brewing with  politicians? 

Officially....currently....we can say no.  I suspect by the end of 2025....enough evidence will exist to show both have a lobbyist support group (or  two), and both have a minimum of  $10-million in campaign donations from 2024 by itself.

The trouble is....it's a crowded area....the Columbia cartel probably has a lobbyist, and even the Mexican cartel folks maintain a DC presence.

4.  Is it possible that a quarter of the voting public doesn't see drug-and-human-trafficking gangs as terror organizations?

I think well over 50-million Americans are conditioned in some way....to deny facts, and just operate with a mindset that things are just not understandable.  It's like saying anything above 5th-grade math....is too hard for their mind to handle.

This group moves along like this...until one day....a neighbor's kid dies from fentanyl, or is murdered by some Tren  de Arragua gang member....then they revert to reality.

5.  If you developed a propaganda 'meter' and  could readily identify 90-percent of propaganda dished out to you....are the propagandists in trouble?

Well...it means for every ten propaganda lies told....only one of them are effectively working on you.  It would also appear....you are improving your meter, and that ten percent of effective lies....will dissolve shortly.

So as AI enters the system....it probably will start assigning BS index-numbers  to stories, and make propaganda a waste of time.

Crystal Ball

 Three predictions:

1.  The Letitia James scandal?

I'll predict within 3 weeks...a  home raid occurs at her NY residence, and the residence homes in Virginia.  

By late August...evidence will be handed over....charges drafted, and a arrest occurs.  Court-case?  Just guessing....January 2025.

But here's the odd thing....if you brought up 535 House/Senate members....at least hundred of them live in DC, Virginia and Maryland...owning houses/condos.  They also have signed forms to say that's their primary residence, and done some form of fraud.  

I'll predict by the end of 2025....an investigation starts on 535 members, and this residence thing is brought up....with at least fifty of them in some form of pressure to resign or be forced out (mix of Republicans and Democrats). 

As for James?  She ends up with a fine of $100k, legal costs of $250k, and having to admit she wasn't really a resident of Virginia...meaning back-tax situations exist.  Jail-time?  No.

2. College students and high school kids start talking of due-process over grades, home-work and regulations.  By the end of 2025....all of this due-process BS....draws public attention, and Congress by mid-2026 is asked to limit due-process.

3.  Some PhD-level study will conclude by the end of 2025....to show a quarter of college attendees (and graduates) don't have the IQ capacity to be there.  

Ten Personal Views

 1.  I'm a crappy board-game player....nine times out of ten....I lose.  But I've come to realize that I view such games in a different way....trying to go long-strategy....where I should always viewing things up-close and short-term strategy...just win for the moment.

2.  Because of so much time spent overseas....I tend to always see myself as a 'guest'....meaning I try to be overly guest-like.  It takes an awful lot for me to offer blunt criticism (face-to-face).  

3.  I hate to admit it...but upon meeting  people....I tend 'measure' their mental illness situation.  As long as I give you a 1-to-4.....you need not worry.  Anything over six?  I think you have a problem, and with stuff over a seven....I'm likely to limit my time with you.

4.  Everything about WrestleMania is fake....but I've come to realize most of politics....is fake as well.

5.  If you met with a hundred folks (adults) and asked them to define perpetual....more than half would say it's some kind of Italian dish, a French car, or some clothing fashion out of Honduras.

6.   Earn, spend, save, or invest.....the gov't will tax it.

7.   2028 Democratic candidate list for President/VP: AOC and Mayor-Pete.  Yeah, it's a pretty weak situation but over the past 20 years....people found better occupations and priorities in life....moving on and beyond politics.

8. If you asked people to define a 'struggle session'.....more than 95-percent would  be unable to do so.

It is a basic form of public humiliation and criticism, devised originally by Maoist China during the Cultural Revolution. The idea was....you got a group to sit and force them into a confession stage.... about their perceived ideological or personal failings...even if it were fake and non-existent. They will admit this just to make the group happy.  

9.  Happiness can be as cheap as a baloney sandwich, a Pepsi, and a bag of chips.

10. You get the impression that CNN must have at least 3,000 'experts' that they can call upon each day.   You might also have the impression that 2,990 of them aren't really expertish in anything. (Yeah, expertish is not a real word, but I just invented it). 

My Theory On Kilmar Abrego Garcia.

I have this theory. 

Kilmar Abrego Garcia was probably just a bumbling Hispanic guy from El Salvador...who was slightly attached to the MS-13 gang stuff from 2012 (when he arrived in the US....to 2019, when Maryland police apprehended him).

I wouldn't call him stupid....just not bright or clever.

Locked up in detention (with ICE)....I think some FBI-agent saw an opportunity to bring KAG into the asset-circle.  A deal was made, and KAG was given a never-ending path to stay in America.

Around 2022....KAG was driving migrant 'van' (human-trafficking) through Tennessee, and got pulled over.  He probably gave the troopers the number to call, and they were told by the FBI agent....let the guy go....he's one of our people.

So  it continued.

Suggesting that I've watched too much 'Wired' (the TV series)?  KAG is the kind of the guy they look for....not that bright or having any real rank.  

FBI admitting this?  I doubt that they want the attention at this point in time.  KAG trying to contact them and get something done?  OH YEAH....he's probably working some deal to get a new ID/name, and casually fly into Miami with some legit deal.

How The Roman Empire Quietly Dissolved?

  Most historians will argue over the date....but a majority will say Rome 'fell' around 476 AD.  It wasn't a quick thing, or a single war, or organized effort.  Most folks go to five central themes of the 'end'.

1.  Economic instability.  There was a period of chronic inflation, which led the authorities to spiraling taxation. At some point, the need for cheap labor(slaves mostly).....led onto economic resilience. In effect....the military and size of the empire drained it's resources.

2.  Military overreach?  The empire had a massive border to start with, and only grew.  At some point....they went to mercenaries to ensure public safety. 

3.  Political corruption and instability became a daily problem in the end.  With frequent changes in leadership....either through assassination or a coup...only worsen matter.  Toward the end....provincial governors had excessive power, which helped to undermine central authority. This effort around 284 AD....to divide  the Empire into two sections?  It didn't help matters.

4.  Social/cultural decay?  Toward the last  hundred years....you could make a case for urban decay.  People lacked  pride in what they had. Everywhere you looked....there was an erosion in the social system. 

5.  Everywhere you looked over the last 100 years...external pressure.  The frontier was overwhelmed.

6.  Finally, there's this environmental and demographic problem.  The plague wrecked stability.....with the climate continually changing the agricultural output.   

You can look around and see dozens of references to the American 'empire'  decline, and suggest the ending story.

Four Q-an-A

 For the  past week, I've noticed the term 'due-processs'....getting mentioned a good bit.  So to four facts:

1.  Does due-process have to be accomplished by a judge?

NO.  Some people probably believe this....but you can't find too many rules that say this in plain-simple language.

2.  Can due-process be accomplished strictly by a lawyer?

Well....no....in fact, you don't even need a four-year degree....to be a due-process official.  You could just as well designate some Army Captain, or supervisor of a border-control station with due-process authority.  You will find in various European countries that deportation due-process rests with a border-control 'boss' (not a judge).

3.   Are we taking due-process too far?

Well....eventually your 13-year old kid (Marvin) will get into school trouble, and Marvin facing disciplinary woes....will demand due-process...over and over....saying that merely a teacher issuing an order is not enough, and even a principal is not capable.

4.  Won't Trump eventually react and say no federal judge has the capacity to issue a ruling on due-process?

Well...yeah, it's conceivable. Maybe our whole democracy now rests on everyone getting a minimum of five due-processes....for everything we might stand accused of.  

Four Things That Amaze Me

 1.  It is truly amazing....in one single week, CNN and a dozen-odd networks go out and find at least 300 'experts' on gangs, MS-13, and tattoo symbiology.

2.  I've reached a point where I believe the actual President of the United States from early 2023 to January 2025....was Jill Biden.  I'm not saying it's a bad thing....just that the reality of believing this is amazing.

3.  It's now figured....around 2-million Americans have some type of opioid-use-disorder.  So you can figure in a typical 24-hour day....you probably will bump into at least two folks with this 'condition'.

4.  I've reached a level where if I'm given any information by a political figure....I immediately discount it as a fact, until I can research it myself. Yeah, it's consuming an hour of my free time each day.  

Five Humble Thoughts

 1.  I think everyone should have the right to multiple 'due-processes'....until they get the judgement they believe is 'correct'.  Even if it takes 14 years to reach the right-decision.

2.  I think by 2032's Presidential election....more than 40,000 Americans will be on the payroll somewhere....serving as audience-members, and bused from  political-event to political-event....making over $32,000 a year in this capacity.

3.  At some point, the Harvard University management will wake up and suddenly realize....with gov't funding.....they can't survive.  At that point, yearly tuition will flip to $125,000 a year.

4.  This Luigi Mangione-character....indicted on federal charges for the murder of United Healthcare CEO....is now eligible for the death penalty.  Even if given the  death penalty....it could take 20 years for all appeals to conclude.

5.  I watched a news piece this week....roughly two-percent of Trump voters from 2024....regret their action now.

Oddly, two-percent of Harris-voters....also now regret their voting action.  

DC Chatter

 I was reading through DC news this AM, and this odd topic came up....restaurant  failures in DC.  

A study was released in the past week....stating around 44 percent of restaurants were on the verge of failure. 

What was causing the trend?  Three basic things: inflation, no willing nature to pay higher prices, and credit card swipe fees increasing.

I lived in the region for 3.5 years (2010 to 2013).  I would make a blunt statement here....suggesting that roughly half the restaurants in the region were marginally worth eating at.  You'd sit through a dinner....grumbling over the quality, and then get the $25-to-$35 bill.  

The worst experience?  At a military enlisted club (I'll leave the location out)....to eat Thanksgiving dinner.....priced at $99, and noting about 2 minutes into the dinner....it was entirely cooked in some funny Asian style. 

Gang Chatter

 According to the FBI (2016 numbers), approximately 33,000 violent street gangs, motorcycle gangs, and prison gangs are criminally active in the U.S. 

This came before Tren de Aragua (TdA) (the Venezuelan gang) came into the US, and before various 'others' (including Chinese groups) arrived in the Biden-wave.

So if you were asking real numbers....for gangs, it's probably up toward 42k to 45k gangs total in the US.

This behavior seen in the last week with the Democratic Party?  I would take a guess over the next year.....countering the gang situation will become a major topic, and the public is going to demand a lot more action.

Three Q-and-A

 1.  Does REAL ID change much of anything?

As long as your state requires a birth certificate (or  passport, which required a birth certificate)....you know you have Americans traveling.  However, I'm pointing this out....when this day comes and only REAL ID travelers may fly....how many tens of thousands of non-Americans will be at the airport....denied to their flight?

I'm only suggesting....there's to be a massive collapse of air travel on 7 May 2025, and if you were aiming to travel....expect massive chaos.

2.  What's to  become the hoax-Maryland-guy.....Kilmar Abrego Garcia?

Well...since the Tenn story came out....where two or three years ago....state troopers pulled him over while he was hauling illegals, and were going to arrest him....then they got a call from the FBI....to release him...it's obvious that he's a FBI-asset.

As soon as MS-13 realizes this....he's doomed.

3.  Is IRS collapsing?

Well....20k are considering taking a deal to exit the agency (sooner, than later).

Lecture BS

 My German wife wanted to play a YouTube video for me last night....I guess a effort to lecture me and draw me back from the 'dark-side'.

Topic?  Non-Americans....some NY City lefty comedian, and Social Security contributions for 2024.

So this comedian came out and did a public session on the street....trying to tangle with Trump-people.

The gimmick?  The comedian wanted to point out that all these migrants are working and paying into the system....for 2024....a sum of 20-odd billion dollars.  

He worded this twice....in a odd-way....suggesting a sum ONLY for 2024. He didn't seem to want to discuss 2020 or 2018, or 2015.  Just odd.

After the 2nd occasion, I stopped the wife's lecture and noted....Biden's crew for 2023 and 2024....handed out work-papers and Social Security numbers...even though Green Cards had NOT been approved for the folks yet.

So for some of 2023....there are absolutely contributions going on by non-Green Card carrying foreigners,  and even more so for 2024.

A problem to resolve now?   Well....I'm not sure how the fix would work.   The stay-papers were legal, and the Social Security contributions were legal as well.  

Typically, you wouldn't issue out the Social Security numbers unless certain conditions were met....but in this case....an invented new method came out of thin air.

What Does 'Due-Process' Really Mean?

 Well.....it could be one of three things:

1.  It could mean one-hundred-and-sixty man-hours of judge, court, police and defense time.

2.  It could mean sixty man-hours spread over a six-month period, with the judge, court, police and defense time.

3.  It could mean six minutes of court time, with the judge telling you that he reviewed your case paperwork in 15 minutes, and found you were wrong (maybe even saying 'damn-wrong').

'Talking-dogs'....like you see on CNN....I doubt if they've ever been inside of a normal city-or-county court.

Fitness, Exhaustion, Injury

 For the first ten years in the Air Force....my fitness level....on a scale of one-to-ten....probably was a '4'.  I jogged a 1-to-1.5 miles twice a week, lifted weights for 20 minutes once a week, and did 30 sit-ups a week.  

About a year after arriving in Tucson...I moved my fitness-level  to a  '7'.  I was jogging 3 miles five times  a week, lifting weights twice a week (20-minutes) and doing 30 sit-ups/30 push-ups five times a week.

About six months into this....I started to have 'problems'.  Eventually, I went to the base clinic, and they immediately referred me to the base 'sports' doctor.  They'd actually gone out and hired someone with the credentials.  

She wanted me to bring in my jogging shoes.  We got into this chat.

Looking at the monthly mileage....my $65 tennis shoes couldn't last more than two months.  She said I'd have to go toward higher quality shoes ($120 a whack).  Even then....she was suggesting a new pair every six to nine months.

She dragged me to other weight machines....to lessen anything on back muscle use.

Then we got onto this odd topic.  The Air Force....up to the mid-1980s....had a yearly average for knee problems, hip replacement, etc.  All this hyped-up athletic BS?  By the late 1980s....they were now seeing an average of twenty people a year (from the base) who needed orthoepic surgery.   

Her job?  Basically to reroute people to lesser intensity and cut the surgical situations.

These people averaging 90 miles or more....jogging....monthly?  They were in her 'at-risk' category.

I noticed this AM....new SECDEF put the order out....the Marine PT test standards are now being issued across to the Army, Air Force and Navy.  1.5-mile run?  Out....Marines run a 3-mile test.

I would imagine at least 20,000 Air Force folks (officers and enlisted) are looking at this and shaking their head.  They are going to work on this 'feat' but casually add pages to their medical records....sports-related injuries.  Within a year or two....disability recommendations will be drafted and most of these people will pursue an exit, with disability pensions.

It'll take two years but eventually the Pentagon will admit the physical test change....might have not been that smart.

How Things Might Go

 Maryland Democrat Senator Senator Chris Van Hollen.....says that he plans to visit El Salvador to get some deal where MS-13 member Kilmar Abrego Garcia is returned to the US.

How this will go?

Hollen will fly down via American Airlines (they run a flight from Dulles).  He'll assume his staff has someone from the embassy to 'serve' him.  What he'll find is one single driver with a staff car, and nothing arranged for him.

Meeting the President of El Salvador?  There will  be some 15-minute face-to-face....probably at some cafe/coffee shop.

The conversation?  Mostly about how El Salvador got fed up with MS-13 and just plain jailed every single member they could lay their hands upon.

By 7 PM....Hollen will realize this was a total waste of time....calls his office, and rigs up a ticket to fly out of El Salvador by 10 PM.

As Hollen goes the next day to complain about the lack of attention/care by the US Embassy....Trump simply notes....he's not going to run a baby-sitting service, and if you run off outside of the US....you need to make your own arrangements.

A week later....Hollen is briefed by his staff and Maryland law enforcement....almost 1,000 MS-13 members originally existed in the state, and since El Salvador got 'tough'...it's  suspected another 1,000 have moved into the state.  State LE folks are asking for $100-million to expand their operations against the gang.  

This El Salvador Story

  For two weeks, I've been observing the daily 'chatter' of El Salvdorian Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who the Supreme Court says 'somehow'....Trump needs to facilitate a way for him to return to the US.

So, after reading up on this....Garcia one of those guys who crossed the border in 2011....at age 16....which he says...was to avoid gang-warfare.

Did he present himself for a Green Card?  NO.

Around 2019...he was detained when standing in a Home Depot parking lot....looking for day-work by state-police (Maryland).  One of the others  in the group...said Garcia was a gang-member at the time....zero-proof.

So here's the thing....without the Green Card (now 8 years in the US)....he was put  on "withholding of removal" status.  This status...allowed him to live and work legally in the U.S. due to threats in El Salvador, but had zero benefit for a path to a green card or permanent residency.

In this status....he was on a wait-and-see deportation list, and his name eventually came up (under Trump).

From 2020 to 2024....should he have done some legal work with Biden's team?  Well....a smart guy would have.

Gang-member status?  To this day....never proven.  

Is he still in El Salvador?  Humble belief?   I believe he's pretty near the Texas border and hoping to cross again.

How many zero-Green Card folks exist in the US like him?  Just a wild guess....five to eight million. 

My View Of This Real-ID Chatter

 From Bush saying 'go'.....it took almost five years for 50 states to build Real-ID/Star-Card from scratch.  

The incredible thing?  Well....most states still geared the  regular old driver's license to continue.....so there was path 'A' for the cheap normal license.....and path 'B' the more expensive Real-ID/Star-Card.  

Why?  Well.....states kept saying the documents to prove who you are.....where you live....was incredibly 'hard'.

To be honest.....over the four times that I've renewed my Alabama license....I went to the cheap normal license.....without the documentation crap.

Now?  I have a passport, military ID, and a German resident card.....which fills the requirement.  I guess in the next year......I will procure the Star-Card.  Why?  Something in my gut says....by November 2026....voting will be nearly impossible without the card.  

The grumbling business?  Well....it's mostly over a trip to the license office....which typically means two to three hours of sitting there. It also means you have at least three soap operas start up....where such-and-such character is half-drugged-up, and trying to explain why he's homeless and needs a ID.  

Chatter

 This past week, I noticed a comment off social media....where the suggestion was....what would cripple the UK is Trump offering US citizenship to working-class and frustrated British.   

With the Labour gov't accomplishments (or lack of).....there's not much doubt that several million are reaching a breaking point where 'something' has to occur.

Current population? Around 68-million, and you can figure  around 10-percent are non-Brit.  

The disgruntled folks?   I'd  say it's in the 5-to-8 percent range....say 4-to-6 million.  And out of that....half of them probably would be of a mindset to move 'somewhere' beyond the UK.

If two or three million did leave?  Well....it'd set into motion a economical problem.  

How this would likely work?  I suspect the US would open a doorway where 20,000 a month could obtain a entry visa, and some method of citizenship within three years.

Weakening the opposition enough....to keep Labour in power for another election?  Obviously so.....that's the negative of this suggestion.

Explaining Iran's Economic 'Darkness'

 Back around 2020....I watched an interview of a typical well-to-do  Iranian business guy....who had a couple of shops/stores.

Back around 2000....he and a number of other successful businessmen.....got this idea.  As monthly profits rolled in.....they took Rial...converted it to some other currency, walked it to a middle-guy who'd move the money to Dubai or Qatar, and either buy real estate, or invest in some way.

Putting it into an Iranian bank?  No.

So Iranian banks began to have this mortgage problem....rigging up home loans for young Iranians to buy/build houses.  As each year went....fewer homes were built...because the banks didn't have the money to loan out.  

Eventually, Iranian banks made up a new 'deal'.....you as a young couple come  in and start a house saving account....putting X-amount in yearly, and after seven years....they'd loan out money.  Sounding like a sanctioned pyramid-scheme?  Yeah...it works that way.  

The banks in some 'pit'? Well....yeah....they can explain all of this to the Mullah crowd...but economically speaking...their fundamental understanding probably doesn't pass the 5th-grade level of handling money.  In their mind....the gov't should just print more money....which in some way....that's what the gov't did.

Current exchange rate?  One dollar will buy you 42,000 Rial.  Or in revere.....1,000 Rial will buy you 2.4 US cents.

So a lot of the build-up of Qatar/Dubai....on the 'betting-aspects' of Iranian businessmen?  Yeah.

Fixing this?  I doubt if the leadership of Saudi Arabia, Qatar or Dubai....really desire this.  They've got a great deal going on.

Ten Humble Observations

 1.  I have this gut feeling.....that even in 2040....more than 10-percent of Americans will still be suffering from TDS (Trump Delusionary Syndrome).  At some point, with high blood pressure affecting them over this....doctors will resort to hypnosis.....inventing ways of forgetting Trump.

2.  I suspect....after Covid came and  'went'....that around one-third of Americans now suffer from diminished intelligence (lower IQ, say in the 80 to 90 range).  And 10-percent who were in the 85-IQ range to start with.....probably have slipped to 75.

3.  Just a humble guess....more than 500 people by the end of 2025....will find themselves arrested....charged-up...for damaging Tesla cars.  The majority will find themselves financially distressed....paying for the damage....court costs....and legal fees (figure minimum of $6k).  

4. A Democratic Party platform of waste, fraud and Let-Them-Stay-and-Kill-My-People....probably won't sell to about 75-percent of the public.   If Trump dares to dissolve all income tax for those making $150k or less....you can carve half of the remainder off.  

5. There's a day that passes....off social media or the news media....that I note at least one person that I suspect is under demonic possession. 

6.  The minute some lawyer says 'no-is-beyond-or-above-the-law'.....I have this gut feeling that they are lying.

7.  What the Green Card requires of you as a 'guest'....avoid trouble, drugs, criminal behavior, riots, demonstrations and find a 'safe-path' in life to enjoy.  It's advice that your parents gave you in the 1970s....as you left home (oddly).  

8.  You get the impression...reading newspapers....that there's ten times as  many brothels existing today....than existed in 1985.

9.  At this point.....Trump has probably answered 20 times more press questions than Joe Biden did in 4 years.  

10.  This promise by Trump to dump DST (daylight-savings-time)?  It'll be dragged into court, and some fed-judge will attempt to stop it....saying he has the 'power'.

Five Things I Now Believe

 1.  By the spring of 2026....Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin....sitting in jail over George Floyd....will be released from prison, and the previous court case against him deemed a 100-percent fraud.

2.  By spring of 2026....a quarter of Starbucks current customer traffic will up and walk away as consumers of the brand....over the crappy behavior/antics of the staff/workers.

3.  I'm patiently waiting for explanations to occur....pointing out a single nation that has created higher paying jobs specifically linked to exporting low wage jobs. 

4.  On an average day....if I were spending two hours watching CNN or MSNBC.....totaling up the minutes for the top ten Democratic politicians....virtually all of them are 'goofy', or acting like some TV comedy actor.  Why is that?

5.  San Francisco has erected a naked woman statue (figure about 50 ft tall) to greet tourists.  At current pace....with all the crap going on....fewer than 200 (weekly) will venture downtown to see the remarkable naked woman statue.  

My Theory On Joe Biden

 I believe that in the months of Nov/Dec 2019....Joe had a pretty serious bout of 'cold/flu' (actually Covid). 

I believe he got over it,  and by January 2020.....he had what you'd  call 'Long-Covid'.....foggy-brain symptom. 

I also believe Jill figured this out by Feb 2020, and simply said....keep going.

How These Things Work....

 1.  Student visas

As long as you are granted the visa...your primary focus is education....NOT work, protests, or criminal behaviors.  The minute you cross the line, your student visa is at risk to being revoked.

2.  Green Cards

If arrested, charged, and convicted....you have a requirement in the fine-print....to report all 'events' to the Green Card authority.  If you fail....your Green Card is at risk.

If you move, you have 10 days to report your new address.  Failure?  Your Green Card is at risk.  

3.  People hyping a war against fascism

Typically, if you asked them to define it....they gave a response that sounds like what a 5th grade kid would utter.

4.  If you walked around your house, and selected everything that is made in a crappy way (barely works).....the made-in label says China.

5.  People explaining Trump's book....the 'Art of the Deal'

In 90-percent of these interviews....it's obvious they never read the book.

Phantom Students?

 Yesterday....I was reading a piece.....they now believe....around 34-percent of applicants to California's Community College system....were 'phantom-students'....mean they were faked-up....registered in the system (for 2024).

This an effort to 'scam' millions of dollars in state and federal financial aid? Well....it's not explained too well by anyone.

A number of California residents commented after this came out....over the past decade, they'd all seen improvements in theaters, sports facilities, and libraries (massive construction projects).  The odds of the scam going on for an entire decade?  Well....it makes you wonder.

What I find odd?  Well....UC acceptance rates for California community college transfer students (potentially, phantom-students as well) to UCLA, Berkeley and other UC campuses in 2024 and 2025....soared.  The 'bump'?  28-to-41 percent UP.  

So you can imagine yourself.....junior instructor for such-and-such community college....22 students on your list, and average showing up for class....12 of them.  So you reference this to the 'staff', and they tell you to accept this.  Or maybe you have a at-home class....with homework done by chat-AI....with one guy covering five fake students.

An investigation?  Well....normally....no.  But if fed-money fed into this....yeah, there will be an investigation, and some 'Oswald' will be the fall-guy.

The real blame here?  I hate to suggest it....but you can find people exiting California even a decade ago.....so the population shift has occurred, and the community college system should have shrunk by 10-to-20 percent....but they could not bear to admit this.  

How I Think Five Things Will Turn Out

 1.  Tariffs and China.

It'll reach a stage where nothing is moving from China (ship-wise) by early May.  Then talk will start up....that tens of thousands of Chinese are exiting the country.

By mid-May....a lot of production is going to move to India, Mexico, Vietnam and Argentina. Their actions to zeroize tariffs?  It'll pay off.

China by mid-July is crippled in the massive sense.  

2.  Governor Newsom of California? 

I just have this feeling....he ends up in a status of 'failed-cult-leader'.  

3.  California and it's future?

I think within a decade.....all gas refineries in the state of California will shut down, and a state gas-crisis will occur....with people unable to purchase fuel on a steady basis.

4.  California and homelessness.

The day will come when fed-money dissolves, and the state goes through a year-long period of massive decay (even worse than what you see today), and the Nat'l Guard is directed to pick up folks and deliver them to secure compounds.

5.  Visiting college kids in the US (non-American) on being deported out without a degree.

The 'kids' will return to their country....feel drawn to riot and demonstrate like they did in the US, and find that their own country has no sympathy for their behavior.

Modern-Day Version Of Our Town?

 I am a fan of the TV series 'Georgie and Mandy's First Marriage'.  Along about the 10th episode....I came to realize....it's an attempt to run a modern-day 'Our Town' play (by Thornton Wilder).

A bit of humor,  human reactions, successful failures, and a taste of drama.

Five Ways I've Changed

 1.  I don't take anyone that feels the need to announce their pronouns seriously....on any given level whatsoever.  Doesn't matter if they manicure nails, dig ditches, or sing gospel.

2.  I tend to believe almost a quarter of Americans are useless in any occupation or job.

3. If the federal government 'fake-jobs' routine never returns....there's probably two  million people who seem destined to brew coffee for people.

4. In my mind....a $4,800 Louis Vuitton bag....in reality....is probably a really nice Sears $99 bag.

5. I've reached a point where I think half of what is portrayed on the news....is propaganda at best.   

Salary Chatter

 I tried to make sense out of this Minnesota story this AM.

The state food-bank CEO...stepping down....when the legislature came to realize that they were paying this person $721,000 PER YEAR.

Up until that point....on paper, the highest paid state worker....was Ahmed Shabeer, a psychiatrist at the Anoka Regional Treatment Center.....making $581,000 a year.

From my home-state of Alabama....the highest-paid state worker is David G. Bronner, the CEO of the Retirement Systems of Alabama (RSA).  His pay (2023) was $834,000.  Course, he's paid to make sure the state retirement system is profitable and not about to collapse.

Just shaking my head.....you basically need Elon's DOGE crew multiplied by fifty and sent out across the various states.

Humble Observations

 1.  This talk of the US spiraling into a recession now?

Well....there are key factors existing in 2023....which suggest the US was in a recession then, and more so in 2024. Grok quote: "Some observers point to early 2023 concerns—like a prolonged yield curve inversion (a historical predictor of recessions) or the banking stresses following the collapse of three U.S. banks—as potential recession signals. However, these did not translate into broader economic contraction. GDP growth defied expectations of a downturn (many economists had predicted a recession with 0.2% growth), and the banking issues were contained without triggering systemic decline".

2.  Does the tariff-war and recession alleviate the bank-worry-collapse?

Well....NO.  The banks are still holding failed commercial  property loans,  and unsellable commercial buildings (malls, hotels, restaurants, etc).

3. NY Prosecutor Leticia James?  Seems to be fair amount of proof of mortgage fraud, income tax fraud, campaign finance fraud, and state disclosure law fraud.  I'd say a 50-50 possibility that she's charged up by early 2026.  

4.  China seems ready to ban the import of US films in China as retaliation against US tariff action.  Black-market opening?   I'd suggest more than 100,000 Chinese will be engaged in such behavior.

5.  US and Iran having face-to-face talks on Saturday.  In terms of economic crippling.....Iran is in a pretty deep pit currently.

6.  FBI has now released the writings of the Nashville trans shooter....held for 3 years.  Audrey Hale wrote a lot of blunt BS over her leftist hatred of whites & America.  

This will beg a lot of questions....what was she doing the whole previous decade, and who she was hanging out with.  This decline in mental health?  Plainly hidden from family and doctors.  This plan to kill  people?  Probably five years in the making.

Added note....in 2011....after a couple of years of treatment starting at age 6....at Vanderbilt....she had been diagnosed with anxiety disorder, social phobia, dysthymia, major depressive disorder, and autism spectrum disorder.  Full blown by the time she was a teenager.  In simple terms....she should have been in a highly controlled compound.....by probably age 12.

My Stupid-People Syndrome

 Somewhere around age 13....I  came to note that there are simply stupid people existing in the world, and even if you spent time to change the situation....half the time, it didn't matter (the person wanted to retain their stupidity).

This  increased around age 18....going off to the Air Force, and at least once a week....I'd encounter a new stupid person.  My patience was often tested....like Daniel in the pit of lions.

Somewhere around age 55....my patience rapidly drained with stupid people.  I usually require 30 second to note the status of a person, and if the problem can't be rectified in 30 second.....I turn and leave.

The challenge of watching CNN?  Well....I often identify this spiral and simply hit mute.  It's like they go out of their way to find stupid people....put them in a Wal-Mart-suit or $99 Sears dress....trying to convince me that they only have 'mild-stupidity' or 'stupidity-that-comes-and-goes'.

It'll surprise me on occasion....they start off saying they have a degree from Yale, or some science degree from MIT, or maybe a PhD from Hocus-Pocus-University.  Then you come to realize about 3 minutes into their talk.....it's mostly BS, with a fact or two.....selling you something that relates some magic-bean-product, or invisible-jacket.

I do acknowledge.....we need stupid-people....mostly to remind us how corrupted the world is....and that we should pay attention to what is said or suggested.  But it just seems like there are a lot of them.

Food Chatter

 There's a new product that drive-around German food-wagons are selling.

So you go and buy a medium-sized bag of Dorittos (figure 1,350 calories).

You go to  the food-wagon 'boss' and ask for the special.  He opens the Dorittos bag (along the side).  He adds pork or chicken or thin strips of beef.  Then he adds peppers, cheese, bar-b-q sauce, and some half-cup of seasoning.

End? You have a bag with about 5,000 calories, before you even get to the Pepsi or Coke. 

Twelve Observations

 1.  As the Berlin Wall fell....basically....for the first 24-hours....99-percent of people walked from old East Germany....into free democratic West Germany.  Some lingered for hours.  

2.  Just odd.....enormous number of women having public toilet 'phobia'....thinking that transwomen are there and using it.  Imagine it was 1975.....where no such phobia existed at the time.

3.  Just interesting.....Idaho, Missouri, and Iowa, have found over 300,000 ineligible voters in their voting lists.  Some are dead....some are inactive (having left the state), some are non-Americans...and some are simply duplicate listed (meaning they probably moved from country-to-county).  

4. You could list a hundred potential questions for Kamala Harris, and find that even if she pre-read the questions the day before....there was a 50-50 chance that she'd be unable to remember the 'answer'.  Just makes you wonder how she ever made it in college.

5. Just odd....roughly a hundred countries had tariffs against the US, and these 'experts' are saying 'in-general'.....tariffs are BAD.  

6.  Odd statistically speaking....of all 2024 dead females in Spain with a known killer....half of the known killers are non-Spanish and non-EU guys.

7.  Amazon MGM is planning a ‘Fresh, Exhilarating New’ James Bond Movie.  I'm just a bit skeptical of what they mean by 'fresh' or 'exhilarating'.

8.  About 20 years ago....I rode in a Jaguar Land Rover with a co-worker to lunch.  Overly designed, highly technical (gadgets) and more of a luxury vehicle than the 1960s design which was made to handle elephant attacks, and crossing jungles.  Today?  Would  I buy one? No.

9.  Just seems to be an awful lot of people...consumed by some 'battle' going on between GOOD and EVIL  Probably half the 18-to-25 year old 'kids' now see life as some Avengers landscape.

10.  New study done (Epoch reports this)....ALMOST half of depression patients now fail to respond to antidepressants.  They indicate....multiple treatments are now in this category.

Meaning?  Well....all that crap that kids got....then evolved into young adults....have reached a peak point.  Either we find new treatments....or admit long-term depression is around the corner any day now.

11.  If I were flipping channels and came to a 1960s Merlin Perkins-and-Jim episode....where they were in some rhino-attack, or handling a 20-foot long python situation....I'll stick with the show and watch the remainder.

12. I think its reaching the point where you have to treat/judge one out of five American adults (appearing over age 18) at the maturity-level of a 11-year old kid. I would not have patience to be a cop or security guard or Nat'l Park Ranger. 

Three Theories of Mine

 1. Hillary Clinton on 9-11 2016, and the 'faint'.

First, like most folks around 65...she's on medication....and she pees frequently (like every 3 to 4 hours).

So, she gets up at 5:30 AM....prep's for this 'show' at the memorial. She probably has half-a-cup of coffee and zero water.  Her hope is that the 'show' ends by 10 AM.

She arrives at 8:18 (no one argues about this). It's a warm morning....near 70 F at 8 AM.  

I  suspect already by 9 AM (42 minutes later)....she's feeling faint.  Reason?  Dehydration.  Her staff has water bottles (I assume), but she's worried about using a public toilet at the memorial.  By 9:15....I think she's in rough shape, and they are calling for the van to pick her up.

She makes it to the pick-up point and is mostly leaning against the post (for optics)....avoiding sitting on the ground. She uses her arms to steady herself.  Staff an S/S folks are blocking the view.....so you have only one single video.

In that final minute....as the van door is open....it's apparent to her staff....Hillary won't be able to climb in....so she's basically thrown in, and probably laying on the carpet.

She can't be taken to a hospital....it'd spoil the optics.  She's taken to a apartment where a doctor uses basic re-hydration steps.  Two hours later...she's 'fine'.

All because of the frequent pee-issue?  Yeah.

2.  Shooting hoax 'players'.

I think within 20 miles of where ever you live....there's at least five people who are readily attracted to being reality-moment 'witnesses'.  It's a statistical thing....the more urban you are....the more in numbers.  The more rural....the lesser in numbers.

A nuisance?  Well....they seek out the news-folks who just want eye-witness accounts.  They have a basic 1-minute 'story' to tell....which might be marginally true.

A new thing?  I've come to believe  that even in the 1800s....there were hoax witnesses in existence.  Maybe even in Bible-times....they existed and helped to fill a page or two of the Bible.

3. The 1988 Satanic 'Threat'

At some point in 1988....via the news media and afternoon talk-shows (like Geraldo's).....the public was in a frenzy....believing up to 1-million  Satanists were existing in the US.  Note.....this occurred without Twitter, Facebook, or the internet....which is remarkable.

Simply a faked-up news item....to get public attention and advertising dollars?  More or less.  I don't think anyone....by the end of 1988....really believed in the millions-number. 

Simply more hoax-players?  Yeah, I think they saw an attention moment, and even if they were some crazed Satanist for the act....it was better than nothing.

This Whole ID Discussion (My Ten Observations)

I wrote this originally in 2021, and recently pulled it up....to update: 

1.  Factually, you can't cite any evidence that 1-percent or 10-percent of society have NO ID.  

It is odd....no one wants to prove or disprove the numbers.

2.  State by state, region by region.....it will differ.  If you asked me about Alabama, I'd take a logical guess that around 99.9 percent of people (adults) have an ID.  The folks without an ID?  Prisoners, invalids, people living under bridges, Mennonites and folks in some mental facility.  

I'd take a humble guess....a quarter of one-percent of the population. 

3.  Trying to cash a check or open a bank account without a ID?  You can't do it.  There's around fifty-odd functions in life....like buying booze, smokes, or getting tags for your car....where it can't be done without an ID.

Course, if you were sitting in a state mental facility, or prison....it wouldn't matter.

4.  By age thirty, I had around six different IDs on me (thanks to the Air Force).  I counted today, and have around six valid IDs (counting that stupid German driver's license, and the visa I must always carry with me).

5.  I suspect that if you went by racial 'counts'.....more blacks have an ID than whites or Hispanics.

6.  Every single time that the Democrats go to fight this situation....to prevent the ID requirement....I keep thinking....how does this poor guy survive without an ID to buy beer, or Jack Daniels?

7.  I used to have an Air Force entry-card (for a secure facility) which had a middle name of 'Sanchez' on it (no, my middle name is NOT Sanchez)...it was a screw-up with the kid making the card.  For three years, I used this to enter the facility....until one day the guard wanted me to show a second ID, and confiscated my 'Sanchez' card.  

8.  Every single country in the EU....mandates that you need a state-manufactured ID....to vote (no exceptions).  In my mind, our position is the same as Paraguay or Bolivia.

9.  The odds that around the US.....over 10-million Americans have a minimum of one fake ID on themselves, with a fake name?  Probably better than 50-percent of a chance.

10.  Couldn't we just issue a one-time check (like stimulus cash) to pay for a state ID for everyone?  It seemed so easy for those Covid-stimulus checks......this wouldn't be rocket science.. 

About That 'Banging'

 US gov't today....banned romantic and sexual relationships....with Chinese citizens for government employees (while based in China).

I pondered over this.  They kinda meant....male-female....female-female....male-male, and male-trans.

Course, if they were Russian, Vietnamese, Mexican, Canadian,  or German....it's still OK.

Lawsuits?  Yeah, there's bound to be Biden-folks who are desperately banging some Chinese gal, and they don't want any supervision over their physical stuff by Trump.

This being started in Europe? Wouldn't shock me....if they advised the same thing here.

Netflix Series Review: Hot Spot (2025)

 This week, I finished up a 10 episode piece by Japanese TV....entitled 'Hot Spot'.

So....it's 50-percent drama, 50-percent comedy (as Japanese see it) and 50-percent SyFy.

It starts off....with one of the hotel male employees....admitting in some way....he's an alien (thus proving it).  

About 5 episodes into it.....you now have a time-traveler announce himself.  

An episode later, you have a super-natural woman with powers.

And by the end....they tie up the story....with a 2nd time traveler visiting.

Yeah....it's pretty crazy, but as stories go.....better than average.

If you can find it off  Netflix.....it's worth watching.

A chance of a 2nd series?  I'd say near zero.

Census Numbers That Don't Work

 For several months....folks have been looking at Russia, and saying the country population number (146-million projected) and saying it's simply not correct.

With folks who left, and who died....some suggest at a minimum....it's down to around 142-million (if the collection was accurate).

Then you have some folks  who suggest it's closer to 130-million...because of crappy collection.

But why stop there?

For several months....Chinese folks have been looking around and noting....a lot of people are simply not there.

The gov't number is 1.04-billion people.....but I've noted a PhD figure doing analysis of different major cities....saying that number is not right.  Adding to it....she suggests that over the past forty years....numbers were inflated (maybe 20-to-30 percent).  Then for the cherry on the cake.....she suggest a high number died from Covid (maybe 100-million).

Chinese who 'left' in the past three or four years?  If you look around the US....there's probably in the range of 100k Chinese who migrated.

If both countries were under-populated?  Well....it would beg questions.

If I Were A Alien Group Visiting Earth......

 I'd look over at your artificial intelligence (AI) BS.....quietly hook up the master computer  on my ship one night to the AI mainframe....have the alien AI talk to the human AI....then quietly advance it by 1,000 years.

'Joe' and 'Ernie' would walk in the next day....find all this massive improvement in knowledge, and just explain to Elon as a accident.

If this were to happen....you'd see tons of  technology improvements in a matter of just ten years, yet never realizing you were helped.

Just something to ponder.

Four Humble Thoughts

 1.  Was the US in a recession in 2024?

Well...using latest available data....NO. The United States was not officially in a recession in 2024. 

But as you define a recession....in the traditional  way...you need two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth.

If you asked me....was it possible that Biden's crew in 2023 started screwing with data collection, and using USAID money (tens of billions)....to prevent GDP  negativity....I'd likely say it's very possible.

2.  I hate to think 'ill' of people.....but there's not a day when I see something via the news or Twitter....thinking....that gal or guy is mentally ill and unprepared to handle  life.

3.  I suspect as the months pass in 2025....a paper-trail  of USAID money will develop....going back to ten-plus Senators, and 50-odd House members....some Republican....some Democrat.  Charges to develop?  Yeah, and so....this 2026 mid-term election might run entirely different.

4.  With all this BS about migrants getting social security numbers.....I would  suggest somewhere out there....some American guy with time on his hands and a knowledge  of Spanish....probably presented himself to some authorities as 'Pedro', and has actually developed a secret identity....with a 2nd social  security situation.  He might even be 'Pedro'....registered to vote.
