Joe Biden’s White House doctor, Kevin O’Connor....apparently went too the Fifth and refused to testify at a closed-door House hearing on Biden’s cognitive decline.
I pondered upon this and came to this conclusion.
Probably from day one that the doctor was around....he realized something was not right, and simply played along with the 'game'.
Maybe he thought Joe was always this way.
As for admitting he never did much but check blood-pressure? I suspect he's regretting how he got into this job.

I like to think that 'closed-door House hearing' includes the typical legislative activities of beverages and sitting around telling jokes.
