1. He seems goofy....like on some kind of tranquilizer-high energy drink combo.
2. He talks with his hands...ALOT. Like some 3rd base coach for the Reds....signaling batters/runners.
3. There seems to be 10,000 problems in California, but he never seems to be working on them.
4. He looks like a 50-year-old male model.
5. Finally, you really can't find any achievement of his...over the past 30-odd years...that he personally achieved.
(Note, he reminds me a lot of Barak Obama)

I worked with a Lt (intel field) who did briefings like this. The Maj had me get weights for his arms....to lessen the arm swings. It is very distracting.
Flailing gesticulations indicate an unsettled mind.
.
During a conversation with a gesticulator, I focus on the flailing hands, my head bobbing in unison with their unnecessaryness, my darting eyes tending to distract the speaker.
.
Occasionally, my head and eyes enrage the gesticulator, adding to the fun!
